What if I can’t attend a training I previously registered for?
Out of courtesy to those who may be on a waiting list for the training, CSC asks that you please cancel from the training as soon as possible. This allows anyone who may be waiting for a seat to take the slot. You can cancel from a workshop by simply logging into your profile, clicking on "Transcript" scrolling to the appropriate workshop and clicking on cancel.
Credits for a canceled workshop are made only when cancellation is made within 48 hours of the workshop and at the request of the participant. Please notify Tonya Robinson (561) 740-7000 ext. 2269 regarding credit requests.
If the workshop is not sponsored by CSC, please contact the sponsoring agency.
What if a workshop I registered for is canceled by CSC?
When CSC cancels a workshop, all registrants will be notified as soon as possible via email, (please ensure this information is entered correctly when you set up your profile).
All participants will be credited for their workshop fee within one week.
I need continuing education units (CEUs), how do I get them?
Many of our workshops offer continuing education units. Please refer to the workshop details to identify how many CEUs are available and for what disciplines. (LCSW, LMFT, LMHC, and Nursing)
When signing in for a workshop, please ensure you complete the appropriate documentation to ensure credit is issued appropriately.
Check the CE broker website to ensure your credit has been applied. It may take up to two weeks.
My workshop is held at CSC, how do I get there?
From I-95, exit on Gateway Boulevard going west. Take an immediately right onto High Ridge Road. You will see CSC’s building on the corner. Turn right onto the access road and enter the CSC parking lot on the right. The tri-rail station will be on your left. Enter the main entrance, and check in at the front reception desk to get a visitor badge, then proceed to the registration window to sign in.

How do you evaluate your training workshops?
In order to evaluate our training workshops, we use an online software program entitled Metrics that Matter™ to collect and gather training evaluation results. An electronic evaluation is emailed to you from Knowledge Advisors following your completion of each CSC-sponsored training. Simply click on the link and complete the information requested. It takes no more than five minutes to complete. We would appreciate your responding within 48 hours, so we can better capture your impressions while they are fresh.
The data from these online surveys are collected online and come back to us in the form of aggregate data and reports. What this means is that your information is protected and anonymous. So, please feel free to be candid about your experiences.
The evaluation is taken very seriously by our organization. It collects your opinion on learning effectiveness and the impact it will have on your job.
Approximately two months after the end date of a course, you will receive a second follow-up evaluation. This brief survey will focus on how you applied the training to your job. This is critical to understanding the effect of training in practice and we would greatly appreciate a few minutes of your time in completing it.
